The touch-control design of the water jet test device allows users to customize test procedures and parameters as needed, improving the flexibility and accuracy of testing. What's more, the machine employs a method involving spraying water in an upward and downward direction to conduct rigorous waterproof tests, thereby ensuring comprehensive exposure of samples to water jet. Additionally, its high-precision flow sensors offer a cost-saving advantage over pricier flowmeters, making it a favorable choice in select testing scenarios.

• The left side of the equipment is the control box, and the right side is the water storage tank. The volume of the water tank is about 400L. There is a water level control in the water tank, with a low water level prompt (water shortage alarm).
• The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted on the side of the turntable, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding.
• A special bracket is provided to allow users to test easily.
• Spray angle can be adjusted manually.
• Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software, which can be switched to multiple languages.
• Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
• Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage alert.

The specialized IPX5 and IPX6 rain chamber provides a rigorous assessment of waterproof integrity for high-end electronics including mobile phones, tablet computers, cameras, LCD televisions, and the like. Through the simulation of intense rain and downpour scenarios, it validates the equipment's and its individual parts' optimal functioning under severe weather conditions.
